Having spent 36 years as a practical commercial banker out of which 10 years were in Senior Management positions in India's leading public sector bank -Punjab National Bank (- a name to Bank upon) I find it opportune to set up a forum to pool wisdom of the best practices in Banking. To begin with I threw this idea on facebook and Linkedin pages. In view of the feedback received I have started this blog. . In due course it will emerge as a lab wherein the best practices will be pooled and emerging solutions will be incubated. The research will also be encouraged and published.
